All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Velomix ships only within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through the shipping carrier.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team at support@velomix.us.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as:
